Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. 

United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days. 

Europe: £5.99 flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. 

Rest of the World: £9.99 flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, subject to customs clearance. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other trusted courier services. 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order. 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@himikosuperfoods.com. While we will assist in locating lost packages, we are not responsible for orders marked as 'Delivered' by the courier. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
